We are delighted to be working with Society Global Search for recruitment of a newly created Head of Restaurant & Bar Operations for Archer Hotel Management.
The newly created position, Head of Restaurant & Bar Operations will report to the Director of Asset Management & Operations and will be responsible for leading and driving the success of Archer’s restaurant and bar offering across all its portfolio assets. Core areas of focus will be liaising closely with hotel leadership teams and overseeing new concept launches and outlet repositioning, whilst continually working to deliver outstanding experiences, maximise revenue, streamline operations and ensure highest profitability of newly opened and operating outlets.
