Martin joined Archer Hotel Capital in January 2019 and is responsible for representing the interests of the shareholders, mentoring and developing the management team and overseeing the strategic direction of the vehicle.
Martin was previously a Partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London.

Dominic, together with Guy, was instrumental in the conception of Archer Hotel Capital and both are responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of Archer’s corporate aspirations. Dominic specifically oversees the investment function at Archer and has a strong focus on growth opportunities in general.

Guy Pasley-Tyler
Managing Director
Guy, together with Dominic, was instrumental in the conception of Archer Hotel Capital and both are responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of Archer’s corporate aspirations. Guy specifically oversees the performance of Archer’s existing assets, with responsibility for value enhancement initiatives across all the portfolio.

John Valembois
Director, Capital Expenditures
John is responsible for maximising value derived from capital expenditures across the portfolio. This includes the optimal scoping, budgeting, planning and execution of capex projects, and implementation of preventative and corrective asset maintenance programs across the portfolio.

Bastien Anouil
Director, Asset Management and Operations
Bastien is responsible for the operational performance of the Archer portfolio. Working closely with the Operators and On-Property teams, Bastien is focused on maximizing the profitability of the Assets via proactive management, strategic planning, identification and execution of value enhancement projects and optimisation of the operating models.

Alison Farrell
Head of Operational Finance
Alison is responsible for operational finance for assets directly managed by Archer. Working in partnership with the on-property operations teams, and Archer leadership, Alison is focused on continually improving the effectiveness of financial management within the properties.
