Archer Hotel Capital B.V.’s second public ESG report which shows our ambition and commitment to building one of the most sustainable luxury portfolios in Europe.
We have focussed on establishing the processes to incorporate ESG in decision making across the business, setting ESG action plans for hotel teams and ensuring we have good quality data to measure performance.
Key achievements include:
-44% of our portfolio achieving BREEAM In Use Very Good or higher (18% in 2021)
– Incorporating ESG KPIs into all senior management reward schemes (to extend to all AHC staff in 2023)
-Launching Archer Hotel Management and accelerating ESG change upon hotel franchise conversion.

We underwent limited assurance for the first time over select environmental KPIs including our 2019 baseline energy, water and greenhouse gas KPIs against which our long term targets are set.
