Today marks an exciting new chapter for Archer Hotel Capital (“Archer”) as we launch our operating arm, Archer Hotel Management (“AHM”). Effective Immediately, the Renaissance Paris Vendome becomes the first hotel to be operated under our management platform, but will retain its branding as part of a franchise agreement with Marriott International (“Marriott”).
Under this agreement, Archer will exert greater control over its investment whilst retaining the benefit of Marriott’s world-class branding and distribution systems. In the coming months, four more properties will fall under AHM, which is led by Bastien Anouil, Director, Asset Management and Operations, and Alison Farrell, Head of Operational Finance.
