Archer Hotel Capital B.V.’s 2025 Sustainability Report 

We are pleased to share Archer Hotel Capital B.V.’s 2025 Sustainability Report which sets out our sustainability strategy across the entire hotel lifecycle, guided by our three focuses: Carbon, Circularity and Community. 

  Over the last year, in preparation for future CSRD alignment, we have advanced and restructured our reporting. The report provides an overview of our policies, actions, metrics and targets across our most material topics, alongside case studies from various renovation projects across the portfolio. 

 2025 saw six hotels under renovation and substantial progress along our carbon net zero pathway. The year was filled with, learning and achievements including: 

Carbon 

• Continued progress towards scope 1 and 2 carbon reduction targets achieving a 67% reduction vs 2019 baseline (towards an 80% target by 2030) 
• €38m of capital investment deployed into energy and water saving measures 
• Continued to expand of our embodied carbon analysis, with over 40 guest rooms and public areas now modelled, enabling us to identify hotspots and make targeted reductions 

 Circularity 

• Furniture from 1,476 rooms was donated or sold for reuse 
• Recycling rate of 61% exceeding our 55% target 
• Further development of our materials guide, with full testing and results available from the completed renovation at The Palace Madrid, where 82% of produced used in the public areas complied 

 Community 

• €120k donated in cash by our hotels, alongside an additional €488k in kind contributions 
• Across AHM hotels we had 48 internal promotions and increased the number of training hours since last year by 51% 

 (Certifications) 

• Maintained our 5 star GRESB rating, with an improved overall score 
• 3 additional or uplifted BREEAM In Use certified hotels 
• Sustainability awards received at recently renovated hotels
