Archer Hotel Capital B.V. is delighted to announce it has been awarded a five-star rating in the 2023 GRESB survey. This is an increase from four stars in 2022 and demonstrates Archer’s commitment to continuous improvement as the benchmark evolves. This year’s achievement has been driven by increased operational engagement, focussing on energy and waste reduction initiatives and the BREEAM certification process. Archer also underwent limited assurance of key environmental data and embedded ESG performance linked KPIs into all management remuneration. Archer is committed to further developing and accelerating its ESG program across the portfolio.
