ARCHER HOTEL CAPITAL B.V. ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF THE CONRAD DUBLIN

Archer Hotel Capital (“Archer”) today completed the acquisition of the 192-room Conrad Dublin for a purchase price in the region of €115 million. The luxury hotel is located opposite the National Concert Hall just off the prestigious St Stephen’s Green in Dublin 2. The hotel was comprehensively refurbished in 2017 and is operated by Hilton subject to a management agreement. Arthur Cox advised the purchaser on the transaction.
