Archer Hotel Capital B.V. (‘Archer Hotel Capital’) today announced the sale of the 757-room Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel and Conference Center. The Seller was advised by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, CBRE and Eastdil Secured.
“We are delighted to conclude our first transaction as Archer Hotel Capital and wish the new owners success with this asset. While it is our intention to grow the portfolio and create value with a long-term investment perspective, this disposition reflects our focus on financial returns and was undertaken on an opportunistic basis,” said Dominic Seyrling, Director, Investments for Archer Hotel Capital.
