Archer Hotel Capital B.V. (“Archer”) has completed the sale of London’s iconic The Dilly hotel to Fattal Group, owner of Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland.
The Dilly is a 283-room hotel situated at 21 Piccadilly which was constructed in 1908 as one of London’s most luxurious hotels. Having acquired the hotel in 2011 as a Le Meridien, Archer took back vacant possession of the property and rebranded it as The Dilly, with the hotel re-launching in 2020 under the management of Axiom Hospitality.

While we have always believed in the huge potential of the property ourselves, Archer is currently focusing on large-scale renovation projects elsewhere in our portfolio”, said Dominic Seyrling, Managing Director of Archer Hotel Capital.
