Dominic, together with Guy, was instrumental in the conception of Archer Hotel Capital and both are responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of Archer’s corporate aspirations. Dominic specifically oversees the investment function at Archer and has a strong focus on growth opportunities in general.

Guy, together with Dominic, was instrumental in the conception of Archer Hotel Capital and both are responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of Archer’s corporate aspirations. Guy specifically oversees the performance of Archer’s existing assets, with responsibility for value enhancement initiatives across all the portfolio.

John is responsible for maximising value derived from capital expenditures across the portfolio. This includes the optimal scoping, budgeting, planning and execution of capex projects, and implementation of preventative and corrective asset maintenance programs across the portfolio.

Martin is responsible for representing the interests of the shareholders and overseeing the strategic direction of the vehicle.

Matt is responsible for all things finance as well as risk and governance. This includes managing the Company’s debt and tax strategy and obligations as well as making sure Archer operates within a strong governance framework.

Jiaxi is responsible for the corporate model and undertakes key financial analyses in support of investment decisions and portfolio management.

Ralph provides broad and in-depth financial analysis in support of investment decisions and portfolio management.

Alison is responsible for the asset management of a sub-portfolio of our hotels, creating value and improving the hotel’s profitability to benefit the whole portfolio.

Abel is responsible for the central maintenance of all project and capex specific documentation.

Gennaro is responsible for the delivery of high value and strategically important capital expenditure projects across the portfolio.

Sam is responsible for the delivery of capital expenditure projects and corrective asset maintenance programs across the portfolio.

Tamara oversees the delivery of capital expenditure projects and corrective asset maintenance programs across the portfolio.

Felicity is responsible for the Business Intelligence and Analytics function across the business, ensuring delivery of accurate and timely data and the development of value enhancing analysis.

Jannah is responsible for the day-to-day head office accounting and payments processing.

Martijn oversees the accounting team in Amsterdam and is responsible for the preparation of all financial and statutory group reporting as well as insurance matters.

Mikaela provides the link between the Finance and Capital Expenditure teams and is responsible for monitoring all capital spend for Archer’s capital projects.

Ronald leads the day-to-day head office accounting and supports the group accounting process.

Tea is responsible for all direct tax matters and debt compliance as well as managing the internal relationship with Archer Hotel Management local teams.

Elinor is responsible for legal matters across the business, dealing with contract review, compliance and providing legal guidance to the business.

Alison is responsible for operational finance for assets under Archer Hotel Management. Alison is focused on continually improving the effectiveness of financial management within the properties.

Hannah is responsible for Archer Hotel Management financial analysis, reporting and systems.

Lukas is responsible for the oversight of the operational revenue and commercial activity for Archer’s franchised portfolio of hotels.

Kennedy provides in-depth financial analysis in support of asset management decisions on the franchise portfolio.

Georgie is responsible for HR and head office operations as well as executive-level business support to Archer’s senior leadership

Grace provides administrative and office support across the Archer team and ensures the smooth running of our London office.

Olivia is responsible for supporting the compilation and analysis of ESG data and supporting the wider Archer Sustainability agenda.

Zoë is responsible for embedding sustainability into our strategy and shaping our pathway to net zero carbon.
